The array CGH profiles of all of the three cell lines show copy number alterations on several chromosomes: (a) parental CAL-33 cell line, (b) subclone SP, (c) subclone RP. The green bars (starting from the top) represent DNA copy number gains at the corresponding position in the genome, whereas the red bars (starting from the bottom) indicate DNA copy number losses. Bars reaching beyond the middle axis (probability >0.5) were called as gains or losses
